Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account details: email, username, date of birth, password hash.
Gameplay: matches, results, ratings, chat messages.
Financial: transactions and balances. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never touch our servers.
Location: IP address and derived country and region, recorded for every money action.
Identity: verification is performed by a third-party vendor. We store the vendor’s result and a token — never a raw government ID number.

Why we collect it

To run competitions, hold and settle funds, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations including age verification, location restrictions, anti-money-laundering rules, and tax reporting.

Biometrics

If identity verification involves facial comparison, that processing is performed by our vendor with your explicit consent, and is subject to a published retention and destruction schedule. Several states, including Illinois, regulate this specifically.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and opt out of its sale or sharing. Records we are legally required to retain — financial and compliance records in particular — survive a deletion request.
